Salted Coconut Caramel Energy Bites!

This is such an incredibly easy recipe, they taste amazing and contain only the natural sugar from the dates!


1 cup packed pitted dates

1 cup of nut butter ( I love Nuts For Nature - Nut & Seed Butter)

1/4 cup dedicated coconut

2 tbsp fresh ground flax seed

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

Extra coconut for rolling


Add all ingredients to a food processor and process on big until a sticky crumble forms.

Roll into balls and then into the extra coconut.

Store in the refrigerator.
