3 cups of baby potatoes, cut in half and boiled until tender then rinsed in cold water.
1 Tbsp high quality mayonnaise
1 green onion sliced
1 stalk of celery chopped
1 clove of garlic
Fresh dill
S&P
Mix it all up and refrigerate for 20 min to chill.
