I've been so busy!

I've been feeling pretty good lately and have been busy starting my new business of creating Chronic Illness Healing Workbooks + Gratitude Journals!I've also been spending a lot of time out in the country, I find my self so relaxed when I'm out of the city.


One of the reasons I've been feeling great is I started practising gratitude. Throughout the day I'm constantly looking around at things to be grateful for. Doing this has changed how I am looking at the world in just a few short months!


Another big thing is changing what I am saying to myself with the voice in my head, I've been using affirmations for health like :


I Am Strong.

I Am Healthy.

I Can Do Difficult Things.

I Am Calm.


Wow what a difference that makes. I know it sounds a bit crazy, but it really does work!
