This is based off the dressing my father makes. Making Caesar from scratch is always soooo much tastier in my opinion.
Chop up 1-2 cloves of garlic depending on how much you like raw garlic. Me… I love it!

In a salad bowl add one egg yolk, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, your favourite hot sauce, around 2 Tbsp of vegan Parmesan, S&P and garlic. Slowly whisk in olive oil until a nice consistency is reached.
Anchovies make a great addition to this dressing.
